Construction on this project was performed by Frank Lloyd Jenkins Construction of Carmel, California.

Frank brought a huge level of integrity to this project, was incredibly proactive in our best practice/LEED objectives, and made no small contribution to the design. Brian Patch, site foreman and welder extraordinaire, did fantastic work on the structural steel, outdoor kitchen trellis, and massive front door (made of old redwood from a water tank).
